  • How is the Purchase Order process with ViTi Premiums?
    Placing an order with us is pretty simple. Once price is accepted and you are ready to place the order we will send you an invoice together with a virtual proof for approval and payment instructions. Your order will be processed right after we receive both payment and virtual approval and will take care of absolutely everything until you receive your purchase.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    ViTi Premiums accepts most of the credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer, MoneyGram and TransferWise. If you need another payment method not listed here please feel free to ask and we will do our best to help you.
  • When do I get charged for my purchase?
    Total amount will be charged once order is placed. Payment is needed in order to process all orders and so avoid any delays.
  • Where is my order shipping from?
    Typically all the orders ship from our overseas office in China. Occasionally we will have some stock in our local US office.
  • How long do shipments take from the factory?
    We do express shipments which usually take around 3 days to United States, Canada & Mexico while for Europe and Latin America they may take 3-5 days.
  • Can I split my order and ship to multiple locations?
    That’s perfectly doable for us as we understand this is part of the business. Please ask our team to confirm extra cost for it.
  • Can I use my own shipping account?
    You can use your own account. However we suggest our customers to ship under our account since have better rates from China. Please note that ViTi Premiums is not responsible for any high cost it may incur.
  • What artwork files are acceptable?
    Vector files are ideal to get a proper virtual proof for your project. However if you don’t have any you can send other files (.jpg, .png, etc…) and our designers will try their best to help you.
  • What if I don’t have artwork?
    If you just have an idea please contact us and we will recommend the best designs based on our experience. We are confident you will be satisfied!
  • Will ViTi Premiums do a proper Quality Control on my order?
    All your orders will always go into Quality Control once completed in order to make sure you receive what you pay for. Our team will inform you if your order does not pass the QC for any reasons. Moreover all our products have been tested previously and we have made 100% sure that you buy quality over price.
  • Is the Price on the website updated?
    We keep updating prices on our website but some might change time to time due to market demand so we kindly suggest you to ask our team for a confirmation before any order is placed.
  • We are in need of a product that is not on your website, can ViTi Premiums help s find it in the maket?"
    Yes! And that’s one of our strengths as we have a well-experienced team in Asia to help our customers get their dreams come through. Forget about dealing with manufacturers directly or expending your time and budget in flight tickets and accommodations. We are here, we speak their language, and we will be pleased to serve you.
  • Do I have to pay Customs & Taxes?
    Customers will need to handle these according to their countries and local regulations when orders come from Asia. Please ask our team for further information.
  • What if I need to cancel or modify my order?
    Orders can be either cancelled or changed at any time. However you will have to afford the percentage of the material bought at the time of each cancellation or modification.
  • Can I get a pre-production sample before my order goes into final production?
    We will be pleased to send you either a digital pre-production image or physical sample to your address for approval upon request. Images are recommended to avoid any delays but we understand that some projects may need more attention so please feel free to ask our team once order is placed.
  • How can I get a sample?
    Receiving a sample is the best way to verify that you will received what you are looking for. Typically we do not charge for samples BUT just for the shipping cost from our overseas office. Either if you need it blank or imprinted you will be able to get any.
  • I am interested in open a ViTi Premiums franchise / branch in my country, how can you help me with that?"
    Setting up a company is not an easy task and requires hard work and experience. If you wish to help us spread ViTi Premiums around the world we will get everything set up for you according to your budget and needs. Simple like that!
