Placing a Purchase Order with us is quite simple and you can do it either via our website, by email, or by phone. We'll make sure every single step is followed in order to guarantee an excellent purchasing experience from your side and hence you can received exactly what you need within the terms agreed or faster.

Choose a promo from our website and request a quotation to verify both up-to-date pricing and availability.

Once accepted, send us your artwork so our designers can work on your digital proof right away. Don't worry, you can have as many free revisions as you need until you love what you see.

After we get your approval for both quotation and digital proof, we'll issue a commercial invoice for you together with Terms & Conditions and payment details. It's very important to get confirmations and payments on time to guarantee a delivery within the schedule agreed.

We'll ALWAYS send sample images for your approval before getting into mass production to make sure there aren't mistakes. This process typically takes about 3-7 business days depending on the product type or artwork complexity. Our Sales Team will keep you posted in any cases.
-For rush orders we may have to skip the sample making to save time. Though, we'll NEVER skip this step without your permission.
-Real samples can be shipped to you upon request instead of just images.

Our sales team will be guiding you during the entire process and few days before your order is ready we'll send you a reminder to verify all details. If everything is 100% correct, we'll ship your order out and let you know a tracking number. Our team will follow up until it's been delivered and will confirm with you to make sure everything worked out perfectly.
